Your account login details are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members, friends or any third-party service claiming to assist with betting. PKT98 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately. PKT98 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain account security.
You may close your PKT98 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided identity verification requirements have been met.
All deposits on PKT98 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no international payment gateway involved. Supported deposit methods are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and compatible mobile wallets. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your PKT98 balance within a few minutes of the transaction completing on your end. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. You may withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. The withdrawal method should match the method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed the verification process, your withdrawal request will be held until satisfactory documentation is provided. PKT98 aims to process verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash and Easypaisa) are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take one to two business days after approval.

A bet is considered placed and final once you receive a confirmation from the Platform with a bet reference. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid. Do not assume a bet has been placed until the confirmation appears on your screen.
Cricket betting on PKT98 includes pre-match and in-play markets for PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, T20 tournaments and bilateral series. In-play odds update in real time based on match events. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a match is abandoned or interrupted, settlement rules follow the specific market terms displayed at the time of bet placement.
A bet may be voided in certain circumstances — including technical errors that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, match cancellations, or where PKT98 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to your PKT98 balance in full.
PKT98 may apply maximum payout limits on specific markets or bet types. Where a limit applies, it will be indicated within the market before you confirm your stake. Payouts are capped at the stated limit regardless of the potential return calculated at time of placement.
Bets placed on the basis of insider information, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt practice will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended. PKT98 cooperates with sports integrity bodies where applicable and takes a zero-tolerance approach to betting integrity violations.
All slot games and live casino products available on PKT98 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or involve real dealers operating under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history or any other factor outside the game mechanics themselves.

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used before expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Winnings generated from expired bonus funds are also voided. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any offer you claim.

PKT98 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While the team works to maintain consistent uptime and performance, PKT98 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Planned maintenance may occasionally take the Platform offline, and users will be notified in advance where possible.
PKT98 is not liable for losses arising from:
In all cases, PKT98's maximum liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the value of the PKR balance held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.
PKT98 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, payment processing and general platform operation. By creating a PKT98 account, you consent to your data being processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa), identity verification services and, where legally required, with relevant authorities.
